TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.In the property, apart from the guest who made the booking, their designated guests identified at check-in may also stay. Violation of this agreement will result in immediate termination of the contract, and guests will not be entitled to a refund of the rental fee.
2.The property is rented to guests from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival (CHECK-IN) until 10:00 AM on the day of departure (CHECK-OUT).
3.Entry to the accommodation will be denied under the following circumstances: lack of identification documents; failure to pay the security deposit (where applicable); failure to sign the rental agreement before CHECK-IN.
4.Upon CHECK-IN, the property is handed over together with one (1) set of keys and/or electronic access codes.
5.At CHECK-OUT, guests must leave the property free of personal belongings or occupants.
6.In addition to the amounts specified in the payment terms and/or reservation, guests agree to pay the Tourist Tax, as required by current regulations, unless it has already been paid through online platforms (e.g., Airbnb) or other methods.
7.Guests are prohibited from engaging in actions or behaviors that may cause disturbance to other inhabitants of the building and/or neighbors.
8.Violation of these agreements will result in the eviction of guests from the property with forfeiture of the paid rental fee, which will not be refunded.
9.In the Municipality of Campofelice di Roccella, waste must be separated. Guests are required to comply with this rule and to remove trash before their departure (CHECK-OUT) following the waste disposal schedule posted inside the property or sent during check-in. Any administrative fines for incorrect waste disposal issued to the property manager during the rental period will be charged to the guests, who are obligated to pay them in accordance with the law.
10.Guests are fully responsible for the safekeeping of the property and its contents starting from CHECK-IN and are required to compensate for any damages caused by themselves or their guests to the property or furnishings.
11.To guarantee all obligations undertaken, guests, where required, must provide a security deposit via interest-free deposit (cash or credit card) and/or Stripe payment system for the amount indicated in the "booking information," which, if applicable, will be refunded upon CHECK-OUT or within 7 days of CHECK-OUT and cannot be considered an advance payment for the rental fee.
12.In case of loss of keys, guests will be charged for the cost of replacing locks, which will be deducted from the security deposit if specified in the booking conditions.
13.Guests agree to vacate the property no later than the CHECK-OUT time.
14.Guests acknowledge the damage they may cause to the property manager and potential subsequent incoming tenants in case of delayed property release at CHECK-OUT and commit to compensating for all damages thus caused to the property manager, including the costs incurred by the property manager to remove personal belongings left by the tenant inside the property after CHECK-OUT, with the property manager assuming all related custody obligations in such cases.
15.Any disputes or complaints arising during the stay must be communicated immediately to the property manager via the internal messaging system of the online booking portal used for the reservation and/or via email at [email protected], so that the manager can intervene for a better and timely resolution of the issue.
16.Any defects in the rented property must be reported to the property manager within two hours of receiving the keys.
